Today, CD Projekt Red has unveiled the full system requirements for playing Cyberpunk 2077. This includes the requirements for Ray Tracing effects. Unsurprisingly, if you want the full experience, they're hefty.
Cyberpunk was part of the nVidia Ampere launch, so we've known for a while that it's going to support all of nVidia's latest technologies including DLSS and Ray Tracing. So really, you're going to want an RTX GPU.
The bottom line is - all of our systems will run 2077, with the x93-one just needing a Graphics card bump up one notch to achieve recommended settings with ray tracing off. If you want to enjoy the full DLSS and RTX experience though, you need a hefty machine. At least something with an RTX card, but really you want an Ampere, 30 series GPU.
We're pretty convinced that this hardware is pretty tame, though for what is going to be an epic game. Those cityscapes are going to need some serious hardware to run smoothly and we can't help but think 4th and 6th gen Intel processors are just not going to hack it...
This is going to be the biggest game of the decade, is your machine ready?
